Project discription

Resident Satisfaction Survey (formerly Citizen Satisfaction Survey) gathers feedback from community members regarding municipal services and initiatives. By understanding residents' needs, concerns and suggestions, the City aims to provide high quality and efficient services, foster community engagement, and guide strategic planning to better serve our community.

In partnership with Y Station, the City of Airdrie surveyed 400 random residents, ensuring a statistically valid representation of Airdrie's population.

In addition to the random sample, an open online version of the survey was made available to all residents. An additional 806 responses were recorded through this open survey. Although the results of those 806 responses are not statistically valid, they offer valuable insights and feedback from those that may not have been contacted by Y Station directly.
